Stovall's leader has changed quite often the past few months. In July, he favored UVa slightly over Notre Dame. Then he favored Notre Dame. Recently, Stovall has said he favors Georgia Tech slightly over UVa. Will not make a decision until the season is over. Last season, Stovall only caught 10 passes, but gained 400 yards.
