Subject: When was the last time the Yanks LOST a star they developed?
Posted by: WahooFla on Sat Nov 7 2009 9:40:25 AM
Message:

Most people look only at the acquisition side of this problem, failing to
even think about the issue of LOSING key players to free agency.

The Yankees rarely even need to think about that issue, as they always
have enough money to hang onto players, assuming they WANT to
hang onto them.
