Many ACC teams try to finesse, and it appears the Big10 has decided to
mug players and put the onus on officials to make the call. Penn
State seems to be disrupting GT's rhythm by being very grabby.

It seems the reach in is no longer called and has somehow been
replaced with the charge in terms of frequency.
