What is a good percentage for a team to shoot for when riding? . Recover
the ball 10 percent of the time? 20 percent?How many times did UVA get
the ball back in their offensive zone after a turnover or missed shot? This
was a weak area for the team last year.I would bet that we took the ball
back fewer than 1 in 20 times. Sometimes we did not even challenge the
defensive player. For riding to be effective it seems like there should be
both strategy and effort. I would like to see more emphasis on this part of
the game this year.
