the small pockets, barring a huge whack at the stick. Does this make
riding less effective and thus force teams to play a sagging man or a
zone? I see more and more zone these days and as non lax guy, except
for watching it, it appears to me that a zone is harder to score on,
as it largely negates dodging and going to the goal, because you have
to beat more than one guy.

Even Dom has started playing zone in recent years. If they made it
harder to carry and secure the ball it would be a more exciting game
with more end to end action.
