With the Olympics coming up soon, I need to know if the people who
participate on this board will be OK with Olympics being discussed
here. The title of the board is Olympics Sports, but that speaks to
UVa's non-revenue sports, often considered 'olympic sports' as many
non-revenue sports are played in the Olympics.
Before anyone answers, please consider this. This board will most
certainly be overwhelmed with conversations about the Olympic Games,
which will push pretty much any conversation about UVa non-rev sports
down the page.
As this board normally flips pages only once per month in the summer,
my guess is that most here won't care. But, I'd like to give you the
opportunity to speak up now and suggest a new message board before I
start pushing Olympic Games traffic from the Edge, Hoops and Football
boards over to this board.
To make things simple, you can just reply to this post and say NEW
BOARD or KEEP OLYMPICS HERE. I'll tally the votes after a few days
we'll go from there. Thanks.
