Subject: Big part was Cal's dominance over Washington. It's based on full team strength

Cal was a bit down earlier this year as they had a couple injuries in
their Varsity 8. That pushes all their boats a tad lower in speed.
Looks like they've gotten healthy and have found their speed.

We'll see how good the east/midwest folks are today when UVa races
Michigan and Ohio State who are #3 and #4 respectively.
