| Subject: How do they figure individual awards for rowing? |

It's obvious we have a fast V8 boat, but how does anyone know which
individuals are worthy of AA awards? And how does Kevin know which girls should be on the V8 one vs. V8 two boats? And how does he know which order to put the girls in a boat? |
