That 200 IM last night was a fantastic race, and today's 4IM should be
significantly better. Three world class IMers with three distinct strategies/strengths (Hosszu a world class flyer, Beisel a world class backstroker, Leverenz a world class breaststroker). We'll also get to see Breeja Larson make a run at 57.5 in the 100 breast (she should clear her own NCAA record, and I'd be surprised if she didn't take out the AR, too). For those that missed it yesterday, she outsplit Kelly Flynn by a staggering 5.2 seconds in the medley relay. She didn't start swimming competitively until she was 17! Girl is unreal. |
