I think so many people have grown up in dysfunctional households and are
saying NO to that lifestyle for themselves. Traditionally the nuclear family was identified as the best environment for raising children. That notion is really being put to the test today. To me it comes down to two questions. 1. Is a dysfunctional nuclear family better for anyone involved compared to a functional nontraditional family? 2. When two partners would make a dysfunctional nuclear family, are either of them capable of being more functional apart? |
