Subject: No we haven't legislated immorality.
Posted by: Chuck Taylor on Sat Feb 18 2012 2:15:32 PM
Message:

A divorce is not synonymous with immorality anymore than is any form
of government aid to poor people. You apparently think there is a
bright line between those things and your view of immorality. Quite
frankly you have a point of view but little else to support it.

Welfare as traditionally defined was legislatively ended over 15 years
ago so I'm as puzzled by your reference to that as I am to your notion
that divorce is somehow responsible for out of wedlock children.

You have the effects down pretty good but the causes aren't as simple
or as narrow as you think.
