most part. You are spot on in acknowledging an underclass growing
in this country. Every illegal immigrant that sneaks into the US
then has children is part of that underclass you speak of. It's
horrific IMO that the people we send to Washington are so busy
worrying about votes, they are completely inept in dealing with the
issue. We have freaking badland neighborhoods in our country
where law enforcement almost needs an armored car with a turret gun on
top to patrol. This IS our underclass and it will only get larger as
fewer alternatives are offered to our youth, especially immigrant and
poverty class youth.

Currently the only true salvation for many of these youngsters is the
US Military.
Many of this young men and women are the finest representation of
America a citizen could ask for. Yet many privileged liberals put
down that system because they deem it "taking advantage". They
need to get out and mingle with some of these people.

Some of the futuristic offerings put forth by the Hollywood
establishment are a lot closer to reality than those privileged
arseholes can imagine.
