explore in the Gulf and the Keystone pipeline, which I think will
eventually be built, does nothing to increase oil production. Anyway,
like we said, increased production just goes into the worldwide oil
market; it isn't like is just gets used in the US.
Plus, I know it isn't the same issue, but I find it fascinating that the
US is now a net exporter of fuel.
