Ultrasound requirement--which, if you've ever had kids and accompanied your wife to
one, you'd know is precisely as I described it--has been removed. That was the truly absurd part of the bill, and the part that involved state-mandated penetration. I have not read the new bill, only summaries, but it sounds like its still full of problems, the one you mention (an exterior ultrasound, which doesnt even show anything for about 3-4 months at minimum) included. |
