I am certainly not terribly comfortable with homosexual marriage but I
always thought the foundation of true conservatism was individual rights and freedom to live your life as you choose to, as long as it doesn't harm the rights of others. If someone wants to marry someone of the same sex, I find it distasteful but it isn't my place to pass judgement on them or tell them how to live their lives. |
