In the last 15 years the Lions, Chiefs, Bills, and Browns are all
playoff win shutouts. The Cowboys are among the teams with a single
playoff victory during that time (tied for first in Texas!). The
Redskins actually have 2 playoff wins in that period. Nothing to be
proud of, but not quite the futility of those other teams.
