Poor Beasley. The injuries have done him in, though, I'm afraid. His
skills never set him apart, his speed did. Now that he's slowed by the myriad injuries, he's basically done playing at a high level. He'll hobble along for a few more years, I bet. Maybe he'll make a move back to MLS. Not a bad career for Beasley. Two World Cups, Champions League semifinals with PSV (I remember him abusing Jaap Stam of Milan that year), Rangers... |
