I lived in Altamonte Springs until 2001.....it's not exactly the
boondocks. In fact, it's a reasonably nice suberb of Orlando.
Perhaps there's no cable modem or FIOS or whatever connection at the
tennis complex, but I feel quite confident that some of the wireless
services would work there.
With a little forethought, it could easily have been arranged, IMHO.
My guess is it was just another drop of the ball by some
administrative person.
