Subject: ...and I should've added,,,,

Message:

Whitey has been covering UVa Tennis long enough that he KNEW
those were exception situations, but went ahead anyway, lumping
them in with all the rest.

I thought the readers of that article/columh deserved to have that
information presented more clearly.

I have, by no means, concluded that Coach Guilbeau is completely
clean on this issue. I just think if we're going to criticize him for it, we
should do so fairly awnd with full disclosure. My guess is he
probably is a bit too tough on the girls, but the Athletics Dept has the
resources to ride herd on that issue, to make sure the girls aren't
being mistreated.

I do not know for sure, but I had always thought some of the girls
who left were walkons anyway.

Current Thread:

I wouldn't call it "rampant." Regardless, UVA has the most transfers   --  hootennis14   Tue Jun 19 2012 6:33:11 PM
I think there is room for some criticism in this regard...  --  WahooFla   Wed Jun 20 2012 12:08:10 PM

17 is certainly a bad statistic but the reasons do matter.  --  PTWahoo14   Thu Jun 21 2012 2:17:03 PM
Problem is people scan the numbers. Need to keep the dashboard clean. **  --  HooSaid   Thu Jun 21 2012 6:37:54 PM
