Subject: During a long stretch of the ACC season
Posted by: Clark on Thu May 24 2012 9:08:53 PM
Message:

... AD looked more dominant than MF, and JJ looked better than either.
We had some matches where AD dominated at #2, and MF had to
break when the other guy was serving for the first set at #3, and then
wore him down in the second set. It was very odd, because his scores
were better at the fall tournaments than they were in many of the ACC
matches. Going into the tournament, it was hard to question the lineup,
having been at a lot of matches at Snyder.

Next year, the lineup competition start anew. Who knows what will
happen then?

It's possible AD/JJ/MF or JJ/MF/AD could have taken two of three, but we were   --  hoosdaman33   Thu May 24 2012 10:50:43 PM

If he does, it will likely be AD's record he tops. **  --  WahooFla   Fri May 25 2012 1:34:06 PM
         Alex's 38-4 mark last year wasn't too shabby, but Frank's year has   --  hoosdaman33   Thu May 24 2012 10:57:17 PM

         Do you think Frank's record would have been worse at #1 than JJ's? I don't. **  --  hootennis14   Thu May 24 2012 9:51:14 PM

That is very possibly true. MF is ranked #2   --  1969hoo   Thu May 24 2012 10:52:02 PM
Fanselow, Sarmiento, and Scholtz (Ole Miss) should also be excellent next year **  --  hoosdaman33   Thu May 24 2012 11:03:11 PM
Evan King, Mate Zsiga and the ever improving Mies, KU Singh  --  CUtiger_butUVAtennis   Thu May 24 2012 11:29:55 PM

UGA Freshman Ben Wagland should be the top ranked incoming player **  --  PTWahoo14   Thu May 24 2012 11:50:51 PM
         Good points. I guess hind-sight is 20-20 (some still remains to be seen) **  --  hootennis14   Thu May 24 2012 9:21:40 PM
