very fortunate that a top notch tennis academy is in the DC area
(actually located in College Park I think) is turning out so many
quality college players, who are Virginia residents. I do not know how
BB splits up his 4.5 scholarships, but if out of state cost is a
problem for anyone he can give larger a dollar % to that guy and a
lower % to an in state guys so that out of pocket cost is about the
same for both. Lower in state tuition provides flexibility, but they
still have to be able to play. The top private schools (USC, Duke,
Stanford) cannot do this.

IMO there are not enough really good American juniors to fill out the
rosters of the top teams and still be a top 5 team. To his credit, BB
is clearly getting more than his share.
