Mr. Bolt may be arrogant but I seriously doubt he meant to insult
Phelps. Who asked the question to begin with?

By the way, I would rate the performances equal. What Phelps did
may never be equaled. Then again, what Bolt did may never be equaled
either. Sprint doubles are rare. Olympic sprint doubles with world
records in both is as unimaginable as 8 golds and I've been following
track since the 1964 Tokyo games.

Congratulations to both gentlemen.
