Subject: Question for Olympic fans wanting more U.S. medals in track and field:

Message:

where are the medals at 800m up to the marathon?

We've got the facilities in our colleges and universities to find the elites.
We've got the coaches that seem to bring foreign kids in and develop
them.
We've got the money.

Why is the U.S. only strong in the low to mid sprints 100m to 400m
and both relays? Maybe if we could get some medals at the upper
distances, we wouldn't all crap on ourselves when that baton hits the
ground on the 4x100 relay. ;-)
