Subject: Craig Littlepage needs to fix this mess ASAP. On both sides.

Message:

We get the dregs of the Big 10 in the challenge no matter what we do in
our league.

And, BTW: screw ACC solidarity. If this league had actual solidarity,
one of these coaches would speak up about the match-ups. Frankly, I
hope that we beat UNC, Maryland or Duke this year and someone on
ESPN brings up that their RPI took a hit not only because they lost to
UVa but also because playing the 9th place Big 10 team didn't do much
to help our RPI.

I really hope the Littlepage and our fans start to realize that just being
an ACC member isn't enough. Doesn't matter the sport, really, this
league rarely looks out for our best interests, but when Virginia Tech
basketball needs a vote to keep an in-conference transfer off the court,
they get it. When Duke lacrosse needs the league to give them 5th-
year seniors with no off-setting scholarship reduction for freshman, they
get it.

The least the league can do is step up for Virginia and get us the match-
ups in this high profile challenge that we deserve, no more no less. But
it wouldn't hurt if our President, AD and basketball staff were more
visible and vocal about how these match-ups stink and actually hurt our
program.
