It was my understanding that Katie O'Connor who was coaching the post
players was doing it because the other coaches already had their roles defined--one of the McNeil's was the defensive guru and the other worked with the guards. By default the post player's fell to O'Connor and I don't think she had done a lot of post player coaching before. If there is a staff member leaving, it would appear likely to be O'Connor. Don't think just one of the McNeil's would leave. |
