Returning players have a year of experience under Boyle's system.
Only lost two--players, Ari and Chelsea. Have five new players--Sarah I. and Sarah B. will give more depth and athleticism in middle/wings; three new guards will also increase depth and athleticism. Should be able to press more and play more man-to-man defense. Hopefully get China back healthy at point. Hope to see improvement with Pitts, Egwu, and Telia with the new "bigs" coach. Think it should be a fun team to watch this year and hopefully will win some of the ACC battles against higher-ranked foes. Should have been in NCAA tournament last year--not getting in this season will really be a big disappointment. |
