Devin Robinson's Stock On The Rise

It has been quite a year for Devin Robinson. The 6'8", 175-pound forward helped Christchurch (VA) to a 24-7 overall record and a state championship crown, totaling 21 points and 11 rebounds in the VIS Division II final against Virginia Episcopal. Robinson's stellar play has continued for the Richmond Squires AAU squad, and as a result he has seen his stock rise in the recruiting ranks. Full Article

Image: Jalen BrunsonA product of Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL), class of 2015 point guard Jalen Brunson is spending the 2013 AAU season with the Mac Irvin Fire, a squad that features two of the top overall prospects in the class of 2014 in center Jahlil Okafor and center Cliff Alexander (though Okafor has not played so far this season). Brunson has played well in his first season with Mac Irvin, averaging 11.1 points, 5.3 assists, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.6 steals per game through nine games on the Nike EYBL circuit. Full Article
Cape Henry's Clarke Getting More D1 Interest

Cape Henry Collegiate (Virginia Beach, VA) guard/forward Chris Clarke has not yet received his first college scholarship offer, but if the amount of major D1 interest he is receiving is any indication he won't have to wait too much longer. Image: Devon HallOn Tuesday night, Benedictine's Cadets (Richmond, VA) played host to Cape Henry Collegiate's Dolphins (Virginia Beach, VA) in a match-up of two teams ranked in the top four in the latest VISAA state rankings. In what felt like a playoff atmosphere, the no. 4 Dolphins defeated the no. 2 Cadets, 72-64.

Devon Hall, Cape Henry's 6'5" senior point guard and University of Virginia recruit, had 20 points, eight rebounds, and at least seven assists in the winning effort. Full Article
