Image: Devon HallCape Henry Collegiate (Virginia Beach, VA) point guard Devon Hall entered the summer as a member of the class of 2014, but of course that all changed when he verbally committed to UVa on June 30. At the time of his commitment, Hall also revealed that he was reclassifying to the class of 2013. Cavs Eyeing PF/C Schuyler Rimmer

For a moment, Schuyler Rimmer missing this year's spring and summer basketball circuit was a distinct possibility. "In April or May, I got a concussion and split my head open after a nasty fall," said the 6'9", 230-pound rising senior power forward/center. The injury came during an AAU basketball game. "I thought I might be out for the summer, but I met with my doctor a couple of times, he did some testing, and I was cleared." Since returning from the injury, the Boone (Orlando, FL) product has performed very well. Full Article

PG Roddy Peters Receiving Major D1 Interest

Roddy Peters was terrific for Suitland (District Heights, MD) this past season. The 6'3" point guard, a rising senior, averaged 23 points per game while leading the Rams to a 16-8 record and an appearance in the 4A South Region championship game. Peters totaled 94 points in three regional playoff games, including 35 points in the 4A South semifinal win. Full Article

The Lexington Christian Academy (Lexington, KY) senior ultimately scheduled an official visit, which took place last Thursday and Friday. Scout.com ranks him as a 5-star and no. 21 in the country, while ESPN.com has him as a 4-star recruit and the no. 25 junior in the country. The 6'5", 200-pound Hall earned VIS Division II Player of the Year honors for his performance in the 2011/2012 high school season, and he is looking to continue his consistent and solid play on the AAU circuit this spring and summer.
