 Jack McDonald's first impression of the University of Virginia was a positive one, thanks in large part to primary recruiter Jim Reid.
"Jim Reid, I've known him for a while. He was the first one I met from Virginia," said McDonald, an offensive lineman out of Boston College High (Boston, MA). He is one of 15 rising high school seniors to commit to UVa.

Make it five commitments in the past two-and-a-half weeks for the University of Virginia's football program. Boston College High (Boston, MA) offensive lineman Jack McDonald is the latest prospect to come aboard UVa's 2013 recruiting class, verbally committing to the Hoos today over Boston College and North Carolina. Connecticut, Duke, Maryland, Massachusetts and Miami had also offered the 6'5", 285-pound rising senior.
