Central Catholic (Allentown, PA) quarterback Brendan Nosovitch decided not to attend the University of Virginia's Elite Prospect Day last Sunday. The 6'2", 200-pound rising senior does plan to head to Charlottesville, however, possibly within the next two weeks. Full Article
2013 Profile: QB Christian Hackenberg

Fork Union Military Academy (VA) prep head coach Micky Sullivan said quarterback Christian Hackenberg "grew up a lot" over the course of the 2010 season, Hackenberg's first at FUMA. The Fluvanna native, a rising junior, certainly came through when it mattered most. He threw for 123 yards and a score in FUMA's VISAA state semifinal win over top seeded Liberty Christian Academy, and followed with 168 yards and a touchdown in the VISAA championship game against Collegiate. Hackenberg did not throw an interception in either contest, helping the Blue Devils to its first state championship since 2002. Full Article

Max Valles anticipated the University of Virginia's Elite Prospect Day being a positive experience. He was right, and he left Charlottesville a member of the UVa's 2012 recruiting class. The St. Joseph's (Hammonton, N.J.) athlete prospect committed to the Cavaliers over offers from Buffalo, Purdue, Rutgers and Syracuse. Full Article

Last year, Coach London scored big with commitments from defensive ends Vince Croce and Marco Jones. This year's event takes place on Sunday, June 5, and we have a list of those prospects we have confirmed and those who we hear may be in attendance. The list includes in-state and out-of-state prospects, including a handful of targets from the state of New Jersey. Image: Ryan DoullRyan Doull's athletic career began with hockey, and he picked up lacrosse soon after. He enjoyed success in both sports before taking to the gridiron over four years ago. "I played the highest level of [hockey and lacrosse], and I guess those skills carried over to football," said Doull, a native of Kanata, Ontario, Canada. In lacrosse, he helped Team Ontario to a National Championship in 2008. He also played Double A and Triple A hockey. Full Article
