Rated a five-star prospect and the number one strong-side linebacker in the country by Scout.com, Williams is also TheSabre.com's number four overall recruit in the state. Versatile, athletic, and fast, he is seen as a hybrid safety/linebacker by UVa defensive coordinator Mike London. Because of his mix of size, athleticism, speed and competitiveness, Williams has excellent upside on the next level. Williams was selected to and played in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl game last month.
